Precautions:
This is the first time that the iron pan is put into pure water and boiled. Do not put the water too full, lest you burn it from the spout and cook for 20 minutes. Then pour out the water, put the tea in a wok and boil for a while, then pour out the tea and water. Repeat this step 2-3 times. The purpose is: 1. The tannin dissolved in the tea leaves and the iron in the iron pan form a layer of tannic iron on the surface of the iron pan, making it less prone to rust. 2. Remove the rust in the pot
After each use, open a small fire, fully evaporate the water in the pot, and then dry with a dry soft cloth to keep the pot dry! This is not easy to rust
During the use, if there is a part of the rust on the surface of the pot, the chemical reaction between the tea and the enamel is iron, which is harmless to the human body. Use a soft brush or a soft cloth to rub a portion of the vegetable oil. Or use it after using the used tea bags and tea leaves
Do not heat the empty pot
Not Dishwasher Safe
